Yoga. A few years ago I had heard of the word but that’s it. I’m happy and blessed that yoga came to me en helped me to become the person I am today.
For me, yoga is more then just moving the body on a mat. For me, yoga is the combination of movement and breath, a combination that helps me to calm my thoughts and keep my body in a good condition. Yoga is personal; everybody has his own practice which fit to his or her body and mind. This is the concept I bring to classes, in which I teach with passion and an eye for every individual person.
