Flow yoga is a very dynamic style of yoga in which you train your flexibility, strength, concentration, focus and also relax your mind.
For flow yoga you need some strength and endurance. Your breath is integrated in your asana’s (yoga poses) which creates a flow. In this way you can easily let go of you thoughts and you can be present here and now.
This class is thaught in English.
An more intense form of yoga, but you are welcome to join when you start doing yoga and give it a try.
You can follow this class from home as well. I recommend you to find a quite place. It’s nice to have a yoga mat available. If a yoga block or some books are available, keep it available during class. A blanket for savasana is comfortable as well.
15 minutes before class start you can log in so you have plenty time available to be ready.
