Vinyasa Flow yoga is a very dynamic style of yoga in which you train your flexibility, strength, concentration and focus and also relax your mind.
Vinyasa flow yoga calls for quite some strength and endurance. Your breath is integrated in your asana’s (yoga poses) which creates a flow. In this way you can easily let go of you thoughts and you can be present here and now.
This class is thought in English.
An intensive form of yoga, but you are welcome to join when you start doing yoga to give it a try.
You can follow this class at home as well. I recommend you to find a quite spot. It’s nice to have a yoga mat available. If a yoga block or some books are available, keep it available during class. A blanket for savasana is comfortable as well.
15 minutes before class start you can log in so you have plenty time available to be ready.
