Next Door Yoga’s classes are based on functionality as opposed to aesthetics. This is called functional yoga. With every pose we are looking for one that suits you and your body, one where you feel a stretch, a compression or where you feel your muscles working. During class everybody practices their own slightly different version of the same pose. Every body is unique and therefore there is no “perfect alignment”.
